to document what i eat whether for monitorting food consumtion due to illness, allergy, or wieght gain or loss.

or something like that
breakfast- plain bagel w/ strawberry creamcheese
snack- bite of vanilla cake. just one bite with a fuzzy peach.
lunch- mushroom pate on melba toast and 20 shumai

sunday, yesterday, and today consists of shoving food down my throat with a fork.

not really hungry or am too lazy to chew. but food is important so we must have food at all mealtimes.

i've been eating nothing but ham and cheese sandwhiches lately.

but yesterday i had food.

today for breakfast i had soymilk and raisin bran.

breakfast: ham and cheese sandwhich with mayo, green grapes
lunch: bitter melon stuffed with meat, caulifower and mushrooms, fishcake and rice.  
snack: mangoes

breakfast: big cup chef boyardee ravioli, guanabana flavored borba water
snack- happy banana
lunch- zaru soba and sweet pea & mint chilled garden soup, red bull
snack- popcorn
dinner- hamd and cheese with honey mustard sandhwich

breakfast- cup ramen noodles
lunch- seafood noodles
snack- mango and tapioca pearls
dinner- marinated pork with meat stuffed bitter belon, artificial crabmeat with a piece of broccoli, rice.

breakfast: big size bowl beefaroni, extra greasy with guanabana borba water
snack: red bull cola
lunch: spicy korean cold noodles
snack: starbucks vanilla doubleshot
dinner: bitter melon soup
dessert- watermelon

haven't been feeling good in the tummy this week.

for breakfast today, i am having pringles with chip dip! healthy!!
