yesterday:

mid morning snack: frosted flakes and milk
lunch: piggu ears, vegetables, and chicken with rice
snack: samosa x2, and frosted flakes with milk
dinner: radish cakes


Today
breakfast: radish cakes
mid morning snack: frosted flakes with milk
lunch: 1 1/2 tomato basil tuna medley sandwiches with mayo and ketchup!!

snack: i've been forgo-ing second breakfast and mid morning snacks! :O
lunch: 2 freezer dinners-lasagna and chicken with mashed potatoes and paprika

lunch: rice, onions sauteed with lemon butter sauce, chicke pieces sauteed in lemon butter sauce, tofu cubes fried in hot sauce/ bbq sauce/ soy sauce mix
dinner: nothing

yesterday:
breakfast: boston creme donut
lunch: chicken tikka masala with rice
snack: easy mac cup
dinner: rice with onions sauteed in lemon butter sauce

today:
breakfast: bagel and cream cheese with hot chocolate.
lunch: chicken teriyaki platter and avocado roll. extra ginger.

breakfast: bagel with smoked salmon and an egg
lunch: spicy kani and avocado toll, spicy salmon and avocado roll
snack: pear
dinner: half a bagel and cream cheese

today:
breakfast: half a bagel with cream cheese
lunch: tomato soup, starbucks doubleshot vanilla, a dark chocolate brownie cookie, beef jerky

lst time i broke out in hives: MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH 2009--  i had a burrito from Chipotle, with chicken, rice, tomato, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, a dash of chipotle hot sauce.



TODAY:
breakfast:     pork fried rice with eggs, pork, carrots, onions. 
             prevacid pill
mid morning snack:      club crackers with orange marmalade
*~*~*~*~**~~*~* HIVES *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
mid morning snack 2:         double stuff oreos with whole milk
lunch:         a veggie burger with lettuce, tomato, onion,
pickles, american cheese, mayo, and ketchup
with cheese fries [american cheese] and ketchup & mayo
dinner:      a bite of sausage pizza, flan, and strawberry shortcake

life:     dealing with internet dramas of direngrey_daily because  my two other co-mods are idiots.
the drama is so stupid, it  has made me feel nauseous in real life.

so let's see..... after getting out of school, not even a month later i have gained 10 lbs and gone from a 3 to a 5. in the course of like... 3 weeks. seriously. BAAAADDDD. 

new plan until august/otakon and possibly after?

i'd like to stay at 102 lbs, thx. 

game plan to be figured out.  been doing it these past few days and i think i'm getting it.

friday: 

breakfast: 2 packs cream of wheat with sugar and milk. sour brite crawlers

lunch: pizza burger, french fries, 4 pickles

dinner: sweet shrimp with spicy sauce, mahwah roll


saturday:

breakfast: spaghetti-o's

lunch: none

snack: sweet shrimp with spicy sauce x 2, beef with rice, salad with salad dressing, seaweed salad, edamame

dinner: i don't remember ._.


today- sunday:

breakfast: black cherry yogurt.

lunch: starving

i am so bad at updating. but at least i remember what i eat. 

monday- 

breakfast- hot pot and an egg
lunch- half of a thing of penne a la vodka
dinner: hot pot

i lived so long on hot pot o_o

tuesday-

breakfast- nothing
lunch- charlies lunch buffet $10
dinner- corn soup
snack- white chocolate coconut haystacks

today-

breakfast- nothing
lunch-
snack -cranberry walnut muffin with soymilk
